to cone
Holly Green Dairy started from a passion for dense, creamy gelato, the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside and our family farm that's been passed down mother to daughter for over a century.
Our mission is to create an irresistibly smooth gelato to be enjoyed in some of England's most picturesque countryside, in the heart of the Chiltern Hills, right in front of the cows which produced the key ingredient.
The stars of the show are our girls — a 450-strong herd of Holstein Friesian cows. We're passionate about their health and welfare, as well as safe-guarding the natural diversity of our amazing local environment through sustainable practices. The girls pay us back 10-fold for this care and commitment, with delicious, fresh, creamy milk, perfect for making our luxuriously smooth and rich artisan gelato.
