Holly Green Dairy ("we", "us", "our") makes and sells gelato for collection and at our gelato pod. This website is hollygreendairy.co.uk. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, contact us at hello@hollygreendairy.co.uk.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are. It doesn't cover information you give directly to Square when you place and pay for an order — that's covered by Square's own privacy policy, linked below.
Browsing this website. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, roughly where visitors are browsing from, and how people found us. This involves cookies and processing your IP address. We only turn this on if you accept cookies via the banner on our site — if you decline, none of this is collected. See "Cookies" below for how to change your choice at any time. Google's own privacy policy covers how they handle this data: see policies.google.com/privacy.
Getting in touch (e.g. hiring our gelato pod). If you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, what you're enquiring about, and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, our form provider — see Formspree's privacy policy.
Ordering gelato online. Online ordering and payment is handled entirely by Square. When you place an order, you provide your details (name, contact details, payment details) directly to Square, not to us — we never see or store your card details. Square processes this under its own privacy policy — see Square's privacy policy.
